You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site and book services.

3. Services

EZHomakase connects clients with private chefs for omakase experiences. Chefs are independent contractors, not employees of EZHomakase. Specific inclusions/exclusions are detailed in booking confirmations.

4. Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Booking, Pricing & Payments

- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices, fees, and taxes are disclosed at checkout.
- Deposits may be required and are non‑refundable.
- Remaining balances are due as stated in your invoice.
- You authorize EZHomakase or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at checkout. Fees may apply for late cancellations. Refunds, if applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

7. Client Responsibilities

- Provide a safe, clean kitchen and service area.
- Ensure timely access for chefs.
- Disclose allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance.
- Comply with alcohol service laws.
- You are responsible for guest conduct and property safety.

8. Menu Changes

Ingredient substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability. Comparable quality will be maintained.

9. Guest Conduct

Harassment, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

10. User Content & Reviews

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant EZHomakase a license to use such content for marketing and operational purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned or licensed by EZHomakase. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Third‑Party Services

EZHomakase may integrate third‑party services (e.g., payment processors). Use of such services is subject to their terms.

13. Health Disclaimer

We strive to accommodate allergies and dietary needs when disclosed, but cross‑contact may occur. EZHomakase is not liable for undisclosed allergies.
